What we collect, and why.

• Your name, address, email and phone number — to deliver your order and to contact you about it.
• Your order and payment details — payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its providers; we never see your full card number.
• Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter — to send it. You can unsubscribe with one click in every email.
• Basic usage data from the site (pages visited, device type) through Shopify's analytics — to keep the store working and to see what people look at.

Who else sees it. Shopify (our store platform and payment provider), the carrier that delivers your parcel, and our manufacturing partner, who receives your delivery address to ship the order. Nobody else, and we never sell your data.

How long we keep it. Order records for as long as tax law requires us to keep them; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Email support@luciennenorth.com.

Cookies. The store uses the cookies Shopify needs to run a checkout, plus analytics cookies. You can manage them in your browser.
