Shipping policy

Where we ship. Canada only. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

How long it takes. Your order is delivered in 4 to 10 business days from the day you place it, depending on how busy it is. That is the whole window — there is no separate processing time on top. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Where it ships from. Our pieces are made by our manufacturing partner overseas and shipped straight to your door. Shipping to you is free.

What it costs. Nothing: shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no code.

Nothing extra at the door. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional charges on delivery.

Changing or cancelling. Within 12 hours of placing your order, email support@luciennenorth.com and we change or cancel it before it ships. After that the parcel is on its way and it becomes a return (see the refund policy).

If something goes wrong in transit. If your parcel is lost, email us with your order number. If it arrives damaged, start a request on our returns page and we send you a new one free of charge. Either way, it is on us.
