Terms of service

Prices. We sell to customers in Canada, in Canadian dollars. The price shown is the price you pay; there are no extra charges on delivery. Shipping is free; if that changes, the shipping cost is shown before you pay.

Discounts. During the FW26 Arrivals sale, prices are reduced; the crossed-out price is the regular price outside the sale. Buy two pieces in one order and save 10%, three and save 15%, four or more and save 20%. It is applied automatically in your cart.

Sizes and fit. Every product page shows the garment's own size chart in centimetres and inches, a fit note, and our model's height and size. The "Find my size" tool gives a recommendation based on the measurements you enter; it is a guide, not a guarantee, and the return policy applies as normal.

Photos. Our product photos are generated by us on one model, from the supplier's own photographs of the garment. Colours can look different from one screen to the next; the measurements in the size chart are the thing to go by.

Reviews. We never make up a rating. Where a product has none, you will see no rating rather than a zero.
